A young woman in a red shirt sits on a bench in a hallway with red lockers, smiling and making a rhythmic motion with her arms. The scene cuts to another young woman in a black and white patterned shirt and blue shorts performing a series of floor movements, including a full-body stretch, a roll, and a twist, on a white tiled floor next to a blue wall.
