A man with a full beard and glasses opens his mouth wide, revealing his teeth and tongue, then closes his mouth and looks directly at the camera with a surprised expression. The sequence begins with a close-up of his nose and mouth, then tilts up to show his eyes and face, ending with a side profile as he turns his head.
