WTF MAN!!!!!

A man with a shaved head and a large neck, shirtless, holds a can of shaving cream and squeezes it onto his chest, causing a large amount of foam to spill onto his skin; he makes a strained facial expression as the foam accumulates. The scene is set indoors against a plain wall. The video then cuts to a dimly lit room where several men in military uniforms are seated at a table, with one man in the foreground looking toward the camera while another man is visible in the background.
