Doctor Who

Two people run across a wood-paneled room, their forms blurring with motion, before transforming into grotesque, multi-limbed creatures that lurch and scuttle across the floor. The creatures move through the ornate room, one briefly disappearing through a doorway, as the people reappear and flee in the opposite direction.
