Death is here

A group of dark grey bears with blue noses and yellow eyes are piled together, with one large bear wearing a black eye patch and a white muzzle, looking distressed as it is held by the others. The camera zooms in on the bear with the eye patch, which has a sad expression and a tear on its cheek, while the other bears remain motionless in a dark, enclosed space.
