Oh shit...

A man with tattoos on his neck and arms, wearing a white shirt, looks down at the camera with his mouth open and hand extended, surrounded by black balloons against a white tiled background. The scene cuts to a close-up of his face as he screams, then to a woman in a green shirt standing in a room with anime drawings on the wall, before returning to the man screaming and a close-up of a human eye with a red light reflection.
