the authorized person

Four people in costumes stand on a paved alleyway in front of a weathered building. A man in a white robe and straw hat holds a shovel and a black object, while a woman in a black robe and pink bunny ears stands beside him; a man in orange overalls and a conical hat stands to their left, and a woman in a red jacket and party hat walks toward the group from the right, gesturing with her hands before stopping and joining the others.
