Coyote Starrk

A man with dark hair and a white coat stands against a blue sky, surrounded by a glowing blue aura, then appears in a close-up with a white eye patch and a fur-collared coat, followed by a high-angle shot of him standing on a rooftop with a large blue energy sphere, then aiming a silver gun forward, then leaping through the air with another figure, and finally, a different character with light hair looks on as a cloaked figure stands in a dark landscape under a crescent moon.
