A man lies on a medical table inside a large machine, then appears submerged in water, followed by a close-up of his face, a shot of him lying on the ground, and finally standing in a doorway with blood on his face and arms. The setting transitions from a clinical environment to a dark, water-filled space and then to a stark white room.
