Cellbit

A young man with blue eyes and brown hair appears in a series of quick cuts, first looking directly at the camera with a neutral expression, then screaming with his mouth wide open while making a fist, followed by a close-up of him smiling, then a shot of him in a car smiling, then adjusting a black hat on his head, and finally looking at the camera with a slight smile. He is in various indoor settings with white walls and a car interior, with a framed picture of a blue police box on the wall behind him in some shots.
