A man in patterned swim trunks lies on his back in a shallow, dark puddle on a paved surface, then rolls onto his stomach and floats face-down, moving his arms and legs as if swimming, before rolling back onto his back, repeating the motion in a loop. The setting is an outdoor area with stone tiles and a parked car visible in the background.
