A white van with "RU" branding is stopped at a traffic light on a city street, with a black sedan and a yellow car visible ahead; the black sedan begins to move forward and turns right, exiting the frame, while the white van remains stationary. The scene is set on a multi-lane urban road with buildings and trees in the background, captured from a vehicle's dashboard camera.
