In a sterile, high-tech medical facility, a tall man in a black suit and hat stands over a man in a beige medical suit who is lying on a gurney, while two doctors in white coats observe; the scene cuts to a man in a grey uniform and a cap labeled "PEED WAGON" who exclaims with excitement that "Car Two" is amazing and that Mr. Joestar has woken up, then the scene returns to the man in the medical suit now standing and declaring that Mr. Joestar has come back from the dead, as the man in the black suit looks on with a bloodied face.
