Two anime characters stand on a city rooftop at night, one with purple hair and a glowing aura behind the other, who wears a hat and coat. The character with the hat declares he has stopped time for nine seconds, then the scene cuts to a close-up of the purple-haired character stating that nine seconds is his current limit, before returning to the wide shot where the character with the hat begins to move forward.
