A young woman with blonde hair in a ponytail, wearing a pink t-shirt and black shorts, starts seated on the floor, then stands up and performs a short, energetic dance, raising her arms and moving her body rhythmically. The scene takes place in a cluttered bedroom with a grey storage ottoman, a wall of framed photos, and various items scattered on the floor.
