A character in a hat and coat stands in a dark, urban environment, then the scene cuts to a confrontation between two characters, one with blonde hair and a golden aura, the other with a grotesque face and a hat, as the blonde character declares that stopping time is natural. The sequence ends with a close-up of a character with green hair and intense eyes, who speaks of a descendant of the Joestars invading his world of stopped time.
