A green fish in a swimsuit stands beside a small boat, holding a paddle, while Squidward sits inside the boat looking annoyed, and SpongeBob peeks out from a window above, smiling widely before his expression changes to one of distress. The scene takes place inside the Krusty Krab, with the characters positioned around the boat and window.
