Two girls in the back seat of a moving car make playful faces and gestures toward the camera, while a toddler in a car seat in the back also looks around and is briefly touched on the head by an adult hand. The scene takes place inside a vehicle with green seats, with views of a bright outdoor landscape passing by the windows.
