A man with a shocked expression looks upward, followed by a police officer confronting a blonde woman in a hospital hallway, then a young man in a hat looking down, a large train car derailing outdoors, the title card for "The Walking Dead" appearing, and finally a close-up of hands covered in blood. The sequence takes place in various indoor and outdoor settings, including a hospital and a train yard.
