A man sits in a wooden chair on a patio, watching a young child who walks back and forth across the concrete surface, moving from the background toward the foreground and then away again. The child, wearing a light-colored dress, approaches a small yellow and blue toy on the ground before turning and walking back toward the man, who remains seated and observes her movements. The setting is a residential backyard with a house wall, windows, potted plants, and a large beige curtain hanging from a patio cover.
