SpongeBob SquarePants stands in a dark, red-lit room above a bathtub, then his face distorts into a grotesque, wide-eyed expression as he appears to be submerged in the tub. The scene transitions through a series of dark, abstract patterns and a brief, distorted title card before showing a stylized, psychedelic sequence of SpongeBob and other characters in motion.
