A person's face is shown in profile, their mouth open as if screaming, followed by a close-up of a hand holding a syringe that pierces skin, injecting a substance that spreads as a cloud of particles. The sequence ends with a night sky filled with stars and the Milky Way over a dark landscape, with two hands raised against a bright background.
