A person with blonde hair and dramatic makeup speaks into a microphone held by a hand with long, decorated nails, while a man with red hair smiles in the background near a building entrance; the scene cuts to a crowd of people on a city street, where a man in a dark shirt raises his arm and shouts, followed by a woman in a brown top with a silver necklace also shouting with her mouth open, as others around them react with raised arms and excited expressions.
