A person with short dark hair and a denim shirt makes a series of exaggerated facial expressions, including scowling, opening their mouth wide, and looking to the side with a metal object in their mouth, before running a hand through their hair and making another face. The scene takes place indoors, likely on a couch or bed, with a dark background.
