A young man with dark hair and a jacket stands in a bright, glowing environment, holding a glowing object in front of his chest as purple energy lines swirl around him; the scene cuts to a group of animated characters standing on a stage with the text "MEKAKUCITY ACTORS" above them, then to a city skyline at sunset, followed by a close-up of a character with a glowing green eye, and finally back to the young man holding a device as he looks forward against a starry background.
