A large group of caterpillars moves in a line up the rough bark of a tree trunk, their bodies forming a continuous, segmented trail as they climb. The camera starts with a close-up of the caterpillars on the bark, then pulls back to reveal the full height of the tree and the scale of the infestation, before zooming back in on the crawling mass.
