A person in a dark coat stands in the back seat of a dark sedan in a line of traffic on a wet road, repeatedly raising and lowering their right hand in a waving motion. The scene is viewed from inside a vehicle, with the windshield wiper moving across the frame, and the background shows other cars stopped at a traffic light under overcast skies.
