A young boy in a grey t-shirt makes a series of exaggerated facial expressions, including a wide-open mouth and a smile, while a young girl with glasses and a blue shirt appears with a similar expression; the boy then reaches out and playfully hits the girl on the head, causing her to duck and move out of frame. The scene takes place indoors near a window with horizontal blinds.
