A person in a large, colorful costume with a striped cape, orange face paint, and tall antler-like headgear performs a rhythmic dance in a circular dirt clearing. They move in place, lifting their legs and swaying their body while a large crowd of onlookers, mostly children and adults, sit in a wide circle around them, watching the performance.
