A dark gray Ford Flex van is shown from the front in a snowy, overcast environment, its windshield wipers moving back and forth across the wet glass while its headlights and amber turn signals are illuminated. The scene cuts to a close-up of a woman with long brown hair and white cat-eye glasses, who looks directly at the camera and speaks, her mouth moving as she talks.
