A clear glass bottle labeled "SVEDKA VODKA" is held and moved in front of the camera, then placed on a dark wooden table next to a jar of peanut butter, a piece of paper, and a glass with an American flag design. A person's hand reaches across the table, and a black and white cat walks into the frame, moving from the left side of the table to the right.
