who up

A man in an orange tank top stands with his back to the camera against a white slatted wall, then turns to face the camera with a wide smile. As he turns, text appears on screen in stages, first reading "IT'S REEL" and then expanding to "IT'S REEL NIGGA HOURS" with additional text and emojis, while the image of the man's face becomes increasingly distorted with color shifts and pixelation.
