Turn back time

Two anime characters, one with spiky blond hair and the other with black hair, stand face-to-face and push each other's hands in a tense confrontation. The scene cuts to a close-up of a foot stepping forward on snow, then to a character with blue hair watching a building burn, followed by two ornate teacups on a table, and ends with a close-up of two hands clasping in a handshake against a warm, glowing sky.
