The main subject is an anime character, a man with a large nose, who is shown in a looping sequence. The video begins with a medium shot of the character, then zooms in on his face as he slowly grins, revealing a large, white, flat tooth, before the camera zooms out slightly to show his full face. The setting is a dark, indistinct background.
