A black and white cat lies on top of a person sleeping on a bed, repeatedly nuzzling and licking the person's face. The person remains asleep throughout, occasionally showing a slight smile, while the cat moves its head and paws gently over the person's face. The scene takes place in a bedroom with a patterned quilt and a wooden wall in the background.
