Sonic the Hedgehog is held in the arms of a woman with red hair and a white and gold outfit, who is lying on the ground; Sonic looks down at her with a concerned expression as she asks, "Um... Why are you helping me?" before the camera zooms in on Sonic's face. The scene takes place outdoors at night, with buildings and a stone walkway visible in the background.
