A man in a striped shirt stands behind another man sitting at a desk, repeatedly swinging a bright green plastic object in a vertical arc above the seated man's head, who keeps his face covered with his hands. The scene takes place indoors, likely in an office or classroom, with a bookshelf and window blinds in the background.
