A red heart-shaped balloon floats down from the top of the frame, passing over a group of animated sea creatures in a blue underwater setting, before a man's head appears and moves toward the balloon, which then collides with the man's head, causing a bright, colorful explosion effect. The scene then cuts to a different underwater location where the man's head appears again, floating above the characters, who react with shock and confusion.
