A man in a blonde wig and patterned dress stands on a city sidewalk, interacting with a group of people, including a man in a white hoodie and a person in a blue hat, while a blue van is parked in the background; the scene briefly shifts to a thermal imaging view showing the same group, with the man in the dress appearing to move or gesture as the others react.
