A young boy stands on a green, grassy field, wiping his forehead with his hand, before the scene cuts to a vast, futuristic city viewed from above, enclosed within a massive, transparent dome. The sequence concludes with the title card for "New Mobile Report Gundam Wing" displayed against a black background, which then transitions to a fiery explosion behind the title.
