A red horizontal bar appears on a black screen, then an anime character with long dark hair and a face mask appears in profile against a background of falling digital characters, with text in Japanese and English. The scene cuts to a woman with blonde hair and glasses sitting at a table, holding a bag of food and looking at it. This is followed by a black screen with white specks resembling stars, then a rainbow-colored background with the text "YOU HAVE AUTISM" in white capital letters.
