A small white dog stands on a tiled floor, facing forward with wide eyes, while a dark, blurry figure of a cat is visible behind it, also facing forward. The text "It's behind me... Isn't it..?" is overlaid on the image. The scene is static, with no movement or change in the positions of the animals or the text.
