A soldier in a gas mask aims a rifle while engulfed in flames, then the scene cuts to soldiers in a trench under fire, followed by a burning wooden structure with soldiers silhouetted against the flames, then a soldier crouching in a trench as fire erupts on both sides, and finally a wide shot of a battlefield with soldiers in a trench under heavy fire and explosions, all set against a backdrop of intense flames and smoke.
