A large, detailed painting of a teal octopus with a trident is displayed on a white banner, which is slightly moved by a breeze. The scene then cuts to a man in a white t-shirt and black cap painting a colorful portrait on an easel, with a chain-link fence in the background. The video then shows a collection of small, colorful paintings and spray paint cans on a table, followed by a wall covered in black and white graffiti of smiling pandas.
