The video cycles through a series of characters from different films, each displaying a pained or distressed expression, while the text overlay reads "My arm is getting itchy under my cast I CANT SCRATCH IT." The sequence begins with a dark, industrial setting, then shows a furry creature, a yellow animated character, a man in a suit, a clown-faced man, and a man with a scarred forehead, all reacting to the same text.
