A crowd of people surrounds a light-colored sedan, with several individuals standing on the roof and in the open doors, some waving their arms. A man in a yellow cap and purple shorts steps out of the car and is immediately confronted and grabbed by another man, who pulls him away from the vehicle as the crowd watches. The scene takes place on a wet street with a chalk drawing on the pavement.
