A person in a dog mascot costume walks along a sidewalk next to a road, carrying a large red bone-shaped sign that reads "Puppy Sale at Petland!". The mascot turns and lifts the sign, revealing the full message, then continues walking. The scene is set outdoors in a commercial area with cars, buildings, and trees in the background during late afternoon or early evening.
