Filthy weebs

An anime girl with black pigtails and a red bow adjusts her hair and makes a peace sign with her fingers, set against a bright outdoor background with green foliage. A red race car drives along a track, its front wing and antenna visible, moving forward and turning slightly as it navigates the circuit. A man with glasses and a white shirt is shown in a close-up, his face blurred by motion as he looks down and to the side, with another person partially visible behind him.
