A man with a wide, toothy smile fills the frame in a close-up shot, his face contorted in a joyful expression. The scene then cuts to a young man sleeping peacefully in bed, lying on his back with his eyes closed and mouth slightly open, covered by a grey blanket, remaining still throughout the clip.
