Let's turn it up

A pig wearing glasses stands in a desert landscape with cacti and a warm sky, then raises a hand in a gesture. A man in a police uniform stands in the same desert setting, extending his arm forward as if projecting a beam, then makes a peace sign with his hand. A man in a suit appears behind a chain-link fence, looking through it with a cigarette in his mouth. The scenes alternate between the pig and the police officer in the desert, and the man behind the fence.
